India International Security Expo

The India International Security Expo, now in its 16th edition is being organised by India Trade Promotion Organisation (an undertaking of the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India) from September 26-29, 2013 at Hall Nos. 8, 9, 10 and 11, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The Show in the past has been supported by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and all CPOs/ Paramilitary Organisations.
Given the security environment prevailing in the world, fast changing technology in this Sector and rapid growth in the urban and industrial infrastructure, the demand for security gadgets and security services today is witnessing an exponential growth. The private Security Industry in India is likely to touch a turnover of USD 11 bn. (Rs. 50,000 crores). Influx of MNCs with booming economy, are all adding to the growth of the Indian security industry.
